Order Changes or Cancellations
• Changes to your order must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• Once the bouquet has been prepared or delivered, the order cannot be altered or canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@celesteroses.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement if necessary.
